Christmas Delivery
Your last posting date for UK and the Channel Islands is 21.12.09
EU Your last posting date for Germany is 11.12.09
Your last posting date for USA is 10.12.09
*Please note - whilst you can still place orders after these dates, we cannot guarantee that your orders will arrive before Christmas.
Delivery
If an item is in stock, and as long as as we receive your order before1 PM GMT we will dispatch your order the same day.
If we are aware of any delay in receiving your order we will give you an update via email of an expected delivery date.
If an item is in stock, and as long as as we receive your order before
1 PM GMT we will dispatch your order the same day. Please be aware that orders placed on a Saturday will not be processed until the Monday.
UK
Because of the cost of your prints and weight of packaging it is actually more cost effective to send all our prints using Royal Mail's Special Delivery, which is Guaranteed next-day by 1pm to the UK and available at a cost of: £6.99.
Royal Mail guarantee delivery to most UK addresses by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. However, the Scottish isles can take 2-3 working days.
Special Delivery means someone will have to be in to sign for the parcel. If you are not in the postman will probably take it back to the local depot and leave a card. You can then either call your local depot to rearrange delivery or go to depot to collect at your convenience.
Europe:
Deliveries to most European countries are sent via Parcel Force and will be delivered approximately 5-10 days after shipment from UK.
USA & Rest of the World:
Deliveries to America and the Rest of the World can take anything from 7 - 20 days.
If the time elapsed is longer than the estimated delivery times then please email us straight away.
Please ensure that you have given us the correct details for delivery as we will deliver to the address provided. You can review these details in our order confirmation and despatch emails. It is your responsibility to contact us immediately if the details are wrong as Rubberfish Prints cannot be held responsible for an order that has already been dispatched.
